Affordable care does not mean FREE!

I have purposely waited a few days to post this, and well, my heart still hurts for our Republic and for those who continue to cheer for how “good this (Obamacare) is” for our country.

I wish there was a way to explain this to them, but all I can do is hold up the facts and state what we know:

1)  The Supreme Court has said, “The Affordable Care act’s requirement may be reasonably characterized as a tax”, even though President Obama sold it that it would not be a tax … so now it IS a tax because of how his attorney’s argued it in court?  *shakes head*  So, what does that mean for me as a Veteran?

2)  Here’s what it means:  We are going to get stuck with this nonsense as a TAX!  Veterans are now to be prepared to pay for a 345% premium increase. (Thanks President Obama, I am so glad that you have stuck me with paying for your ideas.)  I refuse to drink Barack Obama’s Kool-Aid and his entire Administration wanting to tap-dance around the issue.  Video my friends … doesn’t lie:

“It’s not a TAX!”

3)  And now we arrive where President Oblah-blah hopes that we don’t realize:  The Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) is now a tax and for all those who are still awake in the land and may be asking how the rest of the nation will pay for it … just wait until April 15th.  Remember when we used to hope to get an IRS refund? Yeah, those were good times, weren’t they? (think: past tense)

Even with all this said, let me be VERY clear about thing:  In this day of whirlwind events, I will state for the record that my heart is burdened for a Republic that I served in the defense of for 20 years; But I am confident in this: Jesus is still Lord, His Kingdom is still supreme, and I will serve Him for the rest of my life!

A full repeal of this horrible law is now required, and on November 6, 2012 President Obama must be handed his walking papers and be voted out of office.  It really is that simple.
