The ministry works & incredible obedience of Jesus, emphasized by His own testimony of who He is, must encourage the Christian today to be bold and faithful because He is our Lord! Given as an incredible gift from God, He brings strength to those who follow Him because in His hands rests all authority, judgment, and the ability to rescue any who come to Him for rest.
As we draw closer to the Christmas season, will we be known as men and women who faithfully follow Him because of who He is? Or, are we spending all our energy trying to see what He can do for us while maintaining control of our life? Truly, He is good! And, if we will only surrender to His will, we can begin to experience the true peace and joy of this wonderful season because our hope is in Him!
