How do you respond when the pressure mounts from your family, friends, co-workers, etc. about who Jesus is to you? Are you bold? Weak? Lukewarm? Do you willingly share that He is “the way, the truth, and the life” (see John 14:6) with the hopes that those you are talking to might also come to know Him?
Many are often afraid of speaking out because of “human judgment”, and this might be a perfectly rational feeling … but what did Jesus do when He was pressured? Did He back away from telling people about the grace that God would one day provide through Him? Did he shirk His responsibilities to share how good and loving God truly is?
If we are truly following Jesus, shouldn’t we emulate what He did and share as freely also? If you are “afraid”, have you asked God to give you boldness through prayer? Why not? God bless you.

What say you?
