The fear mongering by political hacks (and wanna-be commentators on social media) over Judge Cavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court is just – ridiculous. The man is a jurist, with a proven track record. It’s not like he’s an unknown with no experience. Please, for the love of all that is good, learn what a judge is supposed to do. (They are to interpret the law, period … they are NOT elected nor supposed to make a side feel good about themselves or their life choices.)
Listen folks … truth time: This is what happens when you go 20-30 years of not teaching/enforcing basic Civics in high school … you get an entire generation of uninformed citizens who have shallow roots and little to no understanding of why our Republic works the way it does. You also get a generation of people who will blindly do whatever someone says because their reactions are based on feelings … and not ethics, morals, or even facts!
