Hearing the words, “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you” can be life altering for any person to hear, and it is exactly what God promises to do through His Messiah (Jesus). God loved us so much that He gave His Son for us (see John 3:16) so that any who believe can and will be protected in eternity.
Our challenge is then two-fold: First, to accept this sacrifice for our sins, and then second, to be willing to share this amazing news with others. The Bible is a living document, given to show us how we can be free in Christ, and it is our prayer that you will lean in a little closer this week to worship, to love, to share, to appreciate, and even to share what God has already done for you.
