Can you testify?

One of the most critical aspects of having reliable testimony is that the events surrounding it remain consistent.  Details matter, and staying true to what happened is really something that only someone who was there can testify about!  When Jesus changes a life, it is very easy to be able to say, “I was one way, Jesus came into my life, and now I am a different way.” 

And, not all testimonies have to have a burning bush event – but all testimonies matter because they have the same thread to them:  Jesus did something!  Are we willingly sharing our testimony in a way that inspires others to want to know Jesus … or to want to know more about ourselves?  There is a huge difference in those, and as Christians we are called to show people who Jesus is, always.
