Preparing to preach on Sunday mornings always brings about a time of expectation, excitement, and — even after 26 years — the butterflies and nausea that can only be explained by knowing the severity / seriousness of what God has asked me to do.
As you are headed to church today, please remember to pray for your pastor, for the music team, and even for the crew that has cleaned and prepared the church for your arrival.
It is through prayer that we lift one another up, and, as your church staff prepares to minister to YOU today, don’t forget to minister to them by lifting them up in prayer!
