If we had to rate the emotions that we all experience, it is probably not a stretch to say that we all experience moments of sadness quite frequently. From being disappointed by an outcome, to a failed relationship, to a struggle in our finances, or even where we are with our relationship to Christ. But, the best encouragement is that we are not left without help and to handle these things on our own!
Jesus promised that we would have sadness, but also following that would be JOY because of what He will do (and has done) for us. If we will only take a moment to pause during the current crisis we are facing, I am sure we can consider the times when God has been so faithful to us – and we can stand on those to proclaim that He will not leave us in this struggle either! Turn to Him today, friends, and let’s see how we can be strengthened to face whatever comes our way.
